In the lead-up to his 94th birthday at the end of this month, Osamu Suzuki, senior advisor of Suzuki Motor Corporation, is celebrating his induction into one of the world’s most honourable automotive clubs, The Motoring Hall of Fame (MHOF).

This exclusive club recognises outstanding contributions to the automotive industry. The Motoring Hall of Fame is partnered by News press and The British Motor Show, honouring individuals recognised for their outstanding commitment, talent, and contribution to the global automotive industry.

Osamu Suzuki is one of only 39 high-achieving personalities from across the globe to have been inducted into the club since 2010. He has been highly praised for his leadership and effort in the global market, especially in India, where Suzuki managed to hold its position as their market leader.

Additionally, his seniority and impressively long track record as Suzuki chairman over five decades means he has the honour of being the current "Father of The Motoring Hall of Fame House" - a title that was previously awarded to Stirling Moss OBE who sadly passed away in 2020.

“Osamu Suzuki is, without doubt, one of our most deserving inductees ever” said The Motoring Hall of Fame’s international judging panel at the time of his appointment. “And his latest ‘Father of the MHOF House’ role is the icing on the cake for him and us.”

Congratulations Osamu Suzuki and thank you for leading our great brand.
