At Suzuki Marine Australia, the well being of our customers and dealer network is paramount. The COVID-19 virus has had an enormous impact globally not just here in Australia. We understand that in some cases this has put travel restrictions on customers being able to get their outboard to a dealership for periodic maintenance.
At this stage we are aware that some our dealers are remaining open to accommodate customers’ requirements. We understand this is a very difficult time and as such we have decided to extend the periodic maintenance timeline to a 6 week grace period starting today. These alterations in servicing requirements are subject to change based off the government standards. Once measures have been put in place this grace period will return to the normal criteria.
